Red, White and Blue

Jonas had himself a fantastic and considerably more active Fourth of July than his first experience with the holiday. This year, he spent it at the beach and got into the red, white and blue spirit (and a little bit of the tough-guy New York spirit) with help from his Papa's bandana...
...Fourth of July is all about tradition, so Jonas made sure to wear some clothing with Old Glory, a tradition that Dad's family honors each holiday at the beach. And in another New York tradition for Dad, Jonas also showed off his full belly from all the delicious food he's eaten on this trip...
...then it was time for some family portraits, another rite of passage on Fourth of July at the beach. Here, Mom captured a nice moment with Big J and Little J (although it's becoming less clear which one is which)...
...and Nana snapped this nice family portrait of Jonas, Mom and Dad at the end of the day...
...as his New York trip wound down to a close, Jonas enjoyed a perfect late night at the beach by playing nicely with his cars and trucks. The satisfied look on his face pretty much says it all about the great time he had the last few days.
